It Started with One.
In 2013, Bunna House opened its first branch in Djibouti with a simple vision: to create a welcoming place where good coffee, fresh food and warm hospitality could come together.
We started with just one location. One team. One place for people to meet, talk and enjoy time together.
That first branch became the beginning of the Bunna House story.

From One Branch to Six.
What started with a single Bunna House in 2013 has grown into six branches across Djibouti.
With every new location, we have welcomed new customers, built new teams and become part of more communities.
While Bunna House has grown, the idea behind it remains the same — creating welcoming places where people can meet, share a meal and enjoy great coffee together.

From Ethiopian farms to our roastery in Djibouti, coffee is at the heart of Bunna House. We source carefully and roast fresh to bring better coffee to every cup.
Bakery
Our mornings begin early, with fresh boulangerie, viennoiserie and pâtisserie prepared and baked for the day ahead.
Food
From breakfast and lunch to dinner, our kitchens serve a diverse menu designed to bring people together around the table.
People
Bunna House has always been about people — our teams, our customers and the communities that have grown with us since 2013.
OUR COFFEE
From Ethiopia to Djibouti.
Coffee has always been at the heart of Bunna House.
We source our coffee beans directly from Ethiopian farmers and bring them to Djibouti, where we roast them fresh to bring out the character of every origin.
From the farms where coffee begins to the moment it is served in our cafés, we believe in staying connected to every step of the journey.
We call it “From the Tree to the Cup.”
